This policy covers the Sanare Health public website — the Sanare Atlas, the community, and our signup forms. The Sanare app (app.sanarehealth.ai) is a separate product with its own privacy terms presented inside it.

What we collect

Email address when you subscribe to the Atlas newsletter, join the early-access list, or request a Health Club — plus your name, and optionally a location, when a form asks for it. Account details (email, name, profile image) when you sign in to the community with Google, a password, or an email link. What you post in the community, which is visible to other visitors. We don't run third-party ad trackers.

How we use it

To send you what you asked for (the newsletter, early-access updates, club notifications), to run the community, and to understand what content helps (simple article view counts). Each email list is separate consent — every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. Atlas content is educational and reading it sends nothing about your health to us — please don't post personal medical details you wouldn't want public in the community.

Where it lives

On Microsoft Azure infrastructure operated by Sanare Health. Emails are sent via Google Workspace. Media files we publish are served from Azure storage.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any newsletter with one click. To have your email, account, or posts removed entirely, write to hello@sanarehealth.ai and we'll do it promptly.
