Your health story belongs to you. Sanare will never sell it, never share it, and never use it for anything beyond helping you without asking you first, in plain words, with a real choice.
Your health story is the most private thing that exists about you. Your pain, your illnesses, the moments you’ve carried for years. In the wrong hands, that isn’t a privacy problem. It’s a betrayal.
We all remember what happened with social media. We shared everything, and it turned out we were never the customer. We were the product. That same wave is coming for health AI.
So here’s a challenge. Before you hand your history to any platform, read their terms. Look for where it says your data is yours. Look for what happens if the company is sold. Look for an opt out as easy as the opt in. Then read ours.

Who can see my story?
You, and only the clinicians you choose to share it with.
Everything you put into Sanare is private to your account. Your story reaches a clinician only when you share it, as a read only link you can take back.

Do you sell or share my data?
No. Not to advertisers, not to partners, not to researchers. Never without your explicit permission.

Can I delete my story?
Yes. In the app, go to Account, then Data vault, then Delete my account.
It erases your health data and everything derived from it, and anonymizes your identity, keeping only the little that the law or security requires. You can also remove a single source, or delete your story and keep your account.

How is my data protected?
Your story is encrypted in transit and at rest, on Microsoft Azure in the United States.
Access controls, hashed session tokens, rate limiting, a web application firewall and monitoring guard it. The AI that reads your records runs under business associate agreements with Microsoft and Anthropic, and none of our providers may use your information to train their models.
We built Sanare for people who have already felt invisible once.
