The Sanare library

The research your doctor never had time to find.

The Sanare library is a free, curated collection of podcasts, talks and articles on sleep, pain, headache, mental health, and autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. Every piece comes from practitioners who trained in conventional medicine and went further. We did the hundreds of hours of searching so you can start with what’s worth your time.

How we choose

How do you choose what goes in?

We look for a specific kind of voice. Someone trained in traditional medicine who found a niche and went deep, until other doctors started sending patients to them. Someone who expanded beyond convention because they saw gaps in their patients’ outcomes. And someone who shows their work, with published research, case studies or real patient results.

Just as important is what we leave out. Anyone selling supplements as the answer. Anyone promising a cure or guaranteed results. Anyone telling you to avoid licensed doctors, or leaning on conspiracy. If it’s a sales pitch dressed up as education, it doesn’t make the cut.

Is this medical advice?

No. It’s a starting point.

Every piece is something you can bring to your next appointment. Talk it through with a doctor you trust before you change anything, and never stop a prescribed medication on your own.

Research tells you what’s possible.

Your story tells you what applies to you.
